- The refined sit-down. Chef-driven menus, great coffee, no chaos — for when you want to feel human again.
- The buffet brunch. As we’ve said, weekend brunch is where the buffet still shines.
How to win at Vegas brunch
- Book it the night before, not the morning of.
- Go a little later — 11 or noon — so it flows into the afternoon.
- Hydrate between rounds. This is the whole game.
- Have an easy afternoon plan; brunch has a way of becoming the day.
Done right, brunch isn’t a meal — it’s the plan. Some of our best lazy Vegas afternoons started at a brunch table and never quite ended.
