What makes a great one
The view is the product. The best spots frame the Strip so the fountains, the lights, and the desert horizon all land in one glance. Bonus points for an outdoor terrace where you can actually feel the warm night air.

- Go at sunset. You get the daytime skyline, the color change, and the neon switch-on all in one sitting.
- Reserve on weekends. The good rooftops fill up fast after dark.
- Check for a dress code before you head up — some are strict at night.
- One perfect drink beats three rushed ones. You’re paying for the view; linger.
A tip
Some of the best “rooftop” experiences aren’t marketed as rooftops at all — they’re high-floor lounges inside the towers with floor-to-ceiling windows. When it’s windy or cold, those win. Either way, get up high at least once. It reframes the entire city.
